What is your policy on Alcohol?

Accepted Answer

A1 Supa Karts we enforce a strict 0.00% BAC policy. we take safety very seriously. As such, we maintain the right to breath-test anyone we suspect of being under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny entry without offering a refund to those who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol OR drugs.

What is your policy for drivers under the age of 18?

Accepted Answer

All drivers under the age of 18 will require permission from a parent or guardian (18+). A parent or guardian will also be required to be present when booking your race.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

For Safety reasons we may need to cancel or postpone racing due to wet weather.
In extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds, management may need to cancel or postpone your session for safety reasons. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your session or provide you with a refund. Be sure to check the weather forecast before heading to our track, and bring a change of clothing just in case!

Can I bring my own helmet?

Yes, you can definitely bring your own helmet in. We encourage you to bring your own helmet if you can. The better your helmet fits, the safer you are. However, it must be a full faced helmet that meets the Australian Standards. If you have a dirt bike helmet, you must wear the googles with it as well. This is for the safety of the driver. If you don’t have your own helmet, A1 Supa Karts provides hired helmets. Whilst wearing these balaclavas must be worn and these are available for $5 to purchase.

Is there an age limit?

There is NO age limit BUT
All drivers must be at least 140cm tall to get behind the wheel.
Unfortunately, anyone under this height will not be able to drive our karts.
Safety first, always!

Do you have Junior Karts?

Accepted Answer

At A1 Supa Karts, we only have one type of kart, suitable for all drivers.
All drivers MUST be at least 140cm tall to drive — no exceptions.
We do however have a DUAL Seater Kart for the little speedsters who don't meet the requirement to drive alone. 
*main driver must be 18+ and old a current drivers licence (proof is required). Passenger must be 100cm in height and 4yrs old.

When do I need to arrive for my Booked Session?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your booked session time to allow enough time for registration and safety briefings before you hit the track.
Late arrivals may result in your booking being moved to a later session or cancelled if no availability remains.

Is payment required at time of booking?

Accepted Answer

When booking online, no payment is needed upfront. Just follow the prompts to the checkout — it’s a Pay Later on Arrival system.
Easy, quick, and secure your spot without paying a cent until you arrive!

** All large December bookings are required to pay in full prior to the day. Any changes to the booking need to be made 7 days prior, no refunds or credits will be applied after this time.
